Hey ive got Vista and Mac os dual booting on my spare Asus p5b board, Mac wouldnt install on my 680i, too many things it didnt like, and i had to take ram out again even to install Vista which does my head in. Mac running sweet though, now to get my head round it :) 6Gb on Win7 seemed unstable but i had two different sets of sticks, both same speed but .1 difference in voltages, so i dropped from 2.2v to 2.1 and stable as again :)
